  • 850 gm cut chicken

Instructions

  1. Marinate Ingredient A and Ingredients B separately for half an hour
  2. Bake marinated chicken for 20 minutes
  3. Take out chicken from the oven, turn it over and continue to bake for another 20 minutes.
  4. Separately bake the marinated pumpkin for 15 mins.
  5. When chicken is done, remove from oven and arrange baked pumpkin wedges around the baked chicken
