Recipe Ingredient

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 3/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
  • 2 tablespoon water


  1. Put all ingredients into a bowl. Mix until the dough comes together and knead for 10-15 minutes. Let it rest for 30 minutes.
  2. Roll out dough thinly. Noodles will expand when cooked. Dust with lots of flour.
  3. Fold or roll the dough into a log and cut into thin strips.
  4. Pull out strips slightly and let them rest and dry out for about two hours.
