Recipe Ingredient

  • 5 - 6 pieces of medium size chicken drumsticks
  • 2 onions - slice thinly
  • 5 pips garlic - crush
  • 5 cm young ginger - slice thinly
  • 2 tbs oyster sauce
  • 1 cup water
  • Spring onion
  • Parsley for garnishing
  • 2 tbs light soysauce
  • 2 tbs dark soysauce
  • 1 teaspoon crushed black pepper

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients into a pot and cook over a slow fire for 20 - 25 minutes or until the chicken drumsticks tender. Add water and simmer for 2 minutes. Sprinkle with spring onion and parsley
  2. Serve with rice or bread.
