- Heat oil in a pressure cooker. Fry sliced ingredients (A) until fragrant. Add in ingredients (B) and (C) and continue to fry for 12 minutes.
- Add mutton and fry for 23 minutes. Pour in thin coconut milk. Cover the pressure cooker and cook for 1015 minutes. Release the pressure and open the cover.
- Add in thick coconut milk and continue to simmer over a low heat for 45 minutes. Add seasoning to taste.
