  1. Heat oil in a pressure cooker. Fry sliced ingredients (A) until fragrant. Add in ingredients (B) and (C) and continue to fry for 1–2 minutes.
  2. Add mutton and fry for 2–3 minutes. Pour in thin coconut milk. Cover the pressure cooker and cook for 10–15 minutes. Release the pressure and open the cover.
  3. Add in thick coconut milk and continue to simmer over a low heat for 4–5 minutes. Add seasoning to taste.
