1. Combine sujee, raisins, cashewnuts, sugar, salt and water in a saucepan. Bring to a boil and stir until the mixture thickens.
  2. Add ghee and stir well to mix.
  3. Grease a tray lightly. Pour the sujee mixture into the tray and press lightly with a clean piece of plastic wrap to get a level surface.
  4. Set aside to cool completely. Cut into pieces before serving.
