Recipe Ingredient

  • Two cups of finger millet flour
  • Half a cup of shredded coconut
  • Two tablespoons of sugar
  • Pinch of salt
  • Water

Instructions

  1. Mix all the dry ingredients together. Add water until becomes dough consistency – not too soft and sticky. Form into small, flat, round pieces (like thin pizza crust).
  2. Cook the roti in a pan that is lightly oiled to make sure the dough does not stick. Cook both sides until lightly brown.
