Recipe Ingredient

  • 400ml santan pekat (1 biji kelapa)
  • 1 cawan tepung beras
  • 1/2 camt garam
  • 5 biji telur itik
  • 500g gula pasir
  • beberapa titik pewarna kuning
  • minyak untuk melengser acuan

Instructions

  1. Campur santan, garam dan tepung beras hingga sebati. Pukul gula dan telur hingga larut. Kemudian masukkan santan tadi dan pewarna. Biarkan 30 minit jam baru di bakar dengan acuan akok.
