Recipe Ingredient

  • 1 small bowl cold leftover chicken, shredded
  • Thinly sliced cucumber
  • Sliced tomato
  • Alfalfa shoots
  • Lettuce leaves
  • 2 tbsp margarine
  • Freshly ground black pepper
  • Dash of white pepper
  • Wholemeal bread, sliced

Instructions

  1. Spread margarine on a few slices of bread. Arrange some of the shredded cold leftover chicken on several slices of the wholemeal bread. Top with cucumber, tomato, alfalfa and lettuce leaves. Add a sprinkling of ground black and white pepper. Top with another slice of buttered bread and serve for breakfast or brunch.
