Recipe Ingredient

  • 1/2 chicken, chopped into pieces
  • 4 sticks of lemongrass, sliced
  • 2 green chillies, sliced
  • 4 shallots
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1/2 tsp of black pepper
  • 2 tsp fish sauce
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Pound the lemongrass, garlic, shallots and add some salt.
  2. Marinated the chicken with pounded ingredients for about 2 hours.
  3. Heat the oil, fry chicken until golden brown and add green chillies.
  4. Add fish sauce, some water and black pepper.
  5. Cook till the chicken is tender.
