- 1/2 chicken, chopped into pieces
- 4 sticks of lemongrass, sliced
- 2 green chillies, sliced
- 4 shallots
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1/2 tsp of black pepper
- 2 tsp fish sauce
- 2 tbsp oil
- salt to taste
- Pound the lemongrass, garlic, shallots and add some salt.
- Marinated the chicken with pounded ingredients for about 2 hours.
- Heat the oil, fry chicken until golden brown and add green chillies.
- Add fish sauce, some water and black pepper.
- Cook till the chicken is tender.
