- 250g cream cheese
- 50g butter
- 200g icing sugar, sifted
- 1 tbsp finely grated lime rind
- 2 tbsp lime juice
Instructions
- Beat butter, cream cheese, and lime rind until light and fluffy.
- Put in sifted icing sugar and continue to beat for 1–2 minutes.
- Stir in lime juice and beat well until smooth and easily spread.
