Recipe Ingredient

  • 200g chicken meat (cubed), mixed with 1/2 tsp cornflour - leave aside for 10 minutes
  • (A):
  • 1 tsp sliced shallots
  • 2 cloves garlic, chopped
  • (B):
  • 10 fish or sotong balls
  • 100g carrot, cut into shapes
  • 200g loofah gourd, cut diagonally

Instructions

  1. Heat 2 tbsp oil in a saucepan and saute (a) till fragrant.
  2. Add in chicken meat.
  3. Add the water or stock and bring to a boil. Addin (b) and loofah gourd.
  4. Blend in the seasoning.
  5. Serve hot.
