Recipe Ingredient

  • 1/2 unripe mango (peeled)
  • 1 inch ginger
  • 4 pips garlic
  • 50gm cashew nuts
  • 2 sprigs of mint leaves
  • 6 red chillies
  • 1 onion (chopped)
  • 2 tbs oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Blend ingredients together except onion and salt. Fry the onion in oil until fragrant. Then add the blended ingredients and salt.
  2. Allow to simmer for a while until thick. Dish out.
