Recipe Ingredient

  • 100ml mango juice
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 100ml basic syrup (Refer to Millennium Delight)
  • 100ml ice-cream soda
  • Plenty of crushed ice
  • Garnishing:
  • Red cherries
  • Apricot halves


  1. COMBINE all ingredients except ice-cream soda in a jug. Mix well. Chill and pour into chilled champagne saucers. Decorate with garnishing.
