- 1 large ripe mango
- 3 cilipadi, finely chopped
- 1 tsp finely chopped coriander
- 1 tsp coarsely ground black pepper
- 1 tbsp honey
- Peel mango, remove seed and cut flesh into cubes. Combine mango with the rest of the ingredients in a bowl. Add honey and toss well to combine. Cover and refrigerate until required.
- Mango salsa goes very well with seafood.
