- 200g mushrooms
- 20g onion
- 20g red peppers
- 5g coriander
- 4 mangoes (cut into halves; scoop out the flesh and dice)
- Cut the mushrooms into halves, slice the onions and red peppers. Blanch the mushrooms and red pepper in hot water.
- Stir-fry the above ingredients with the diced mango and add in the seasoning sauce.
- Remove and serve in the half mango shells.
