Recipe Ingredient

  • 200g mushrooms
  • 20g onion
  • 20g red peppers
  • 5g coriander
  • 4 mangoes (cut into halves; scoop out the flesh and dice)


  1. Cut the mushrooms into halves, slice the onions and red peppers. Blanch the mushrooms and red pepper in hot water.
  2. Stir-fry the above ingredients with the diced mango and add in the seasoning sauce.
  3. Remove and serve in the half mango shells.
