  1. Fry garlic and dried prawns in hot oil until fragrant. Add prawns and pour in coconut milk and water.
  2. Add sambal belacan and put in winter melon. Bring to boil, then simmer until winter melon is cooked and just soft. Adjust seasoning to taste, then dish out to serve immediately.
