  1. Wash all the spices and dry them in the sun or roast them in a dry pan or wok. Cool well, then store the ingredients in an airtight container.
  2. Once they┬┤re dried, you can either send the ingredients to a mill or liquidise them yourself.
  3. For added flavour, use galangal, lemon grass, belacan and candlenuts when cooking your dish.
