Recipe Ingredient

  • 10g agar-agar powder
  • 75g castor sugar
  • 600ml water
  • 30ml fresh milk
  • 1 tbsp almond powder


  1. Combine water, agar-agar powder and sugar in a saucepan. Stir over medium heat until sugar and agar-agar powder are completely dissolved.
  2. Mix almond powder with fresh milk then add to the jelly mixture. Keep stirring until well combined. Pour mixture into a tray and leave to set at room temperature, then refrigerate and chill well. Cut into ­serving pieces.
