Recipe Ingredient

  • 350gm minced meat
  • 4pieces shitake mushroom cut halves
  • 1 big onion whole
  • 3 garlic chopped
  • 2 cm ginger sliced
  • 1 small tin green peas
  • 1tbsp black pepper (not powder form)
  • 2 tbsp cornflour
  • 3 stick chinese celery
  • 2 medium tomatoes
  • 1 whole egg
  • 1cup oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Mixed well minced meat with 2tbsp cornflour, pepper, pinch salt, egg.
  2. Flatten the minced meat mixture about 1in thick and fry and put aside
  3. Heat up 2 tbsp oil
  4. Fry garlic and ginger till fragrance
  5. Add 300mls water, whole big onion, tomato let to boil for 15 min
  6. Add mushroom then green peas
  7. Then put in the flatten fried Minced meat for 5 min
  8. Lastly add in the cut chinese cellery
  9. Ready to serve
