- Mixed well minced meat with 2tbsp cornflour, pepper, pinch salt, egg.
- Flatten the minced meat mixture about 1in thick and fry and put aside
- Heat up 2 tbsp oil
- Fry garlic and ginger till fragrance
- Add 300mls water, whole big onion, tomato let to boil for 15 min
- Add mushroom then green peas
- Then put in the flatten fried Minced meat for 5 min
- Lastly add in the cut chinese cellery
