Instructions
  1. Blend all the marinade ingredients in a food processor. Add water if needed.
  2. Place the chicken pieces in a bowl and add the marinade paste. Turn to coat well and allow for an hour or longer for marinating.
  3. Thread 1-2 pieces of meat onto the toothpicks.
  4. Grill the meat on both sides in a grill pan. Add oil if needed.
  5. Serve with peanut or chilli sauce.
