Recipe Ingredient

  • 1 ripe papaya - use a melon scoop to make balls
  • Skinned, cored and cubed:
  • 1 pear
  • 1 red apple
  • 200g grapes - cut into halves
  • 1 ripe mango - skinned and cubed
  • 100g cucumber - skinned, cored, and cubed
  • 100g turnips - skinned and cubed
  • Dressings:
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 1/2 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp tartar sauce
  • A dash of salt

Instructions

  1. Prepare the fruit and vegetables and store them in a clean plastic container. Chill.
  2. Combine and chill the dressing well. Before serving, toss the fruit, vegetables and dressing together. Serve in individual salad cups immediately.
