Recipe Description

My first attempt at making creme brulee with my new Panasonic NU-SC300 30L Steam Convection Cubie Oven and was glad that it was a success! This recipe is for 4 small ramekins.

Anchor Whipping Cream

Recipe Ingredient

  • 420ml whipping cream
  • 100ml milk
  • 2 pinch of vanilla extract
  • 5 large egg yolks
  • 50g golden caster sugar


  1. Pour cream and milk into pan and bring to boil, then add vanilla extract
  2. Mix the egg yolks and caster sugar into a mixing bowl then whisk for 1 min until paler in color and fluffy
  3. Mix cream and egg
  4. Preheat oven 180'C for 4 minutes
  5. Bake in oven at 180'C for 35 minutes
  6. Wait until cool then keep in fridge
  7. Add sugar on top layer then use a blow torch to caramelize sugar
  8. Ready to serve
