Recipe Ingredient

  • 8g Angel Brand Plum Sauce
  • 8g dried lemon zest (julienned)
  • 120g konnyaku powder
  • 500ml water


  1. Boil 500ml of water, add in dried lemon zest and Konnyaku powder, stir until completely dissolved.
  2. Add in Angel Brand Plum Sauce, keep stirring.
  3. Pour the liquid mixture into moulds. Keep refrigerating for 2 hours or until softly set.
  4. Remove jelly from the mould and serve chilled.
