- 500g ground glutinous rice
- 1 cup water
- 200g grated coconut
- 50g sesame seeds (toasted)
- 3 tbsps sugar
- Mix ground glutinous rice with water to knead into a dough. Boil water in a pot. Tear off a small rectangular piece of dough and flatten it. Drop the pieces into boiling water.
- When the dough floats, it is ready to be taken out.
- Prepare a mixture of grated coconut, toasted sesame seeds and sugar. Coat the rice cakes with this mixture.
