Recipe Ingredient

  • pan mee (flat flour noodles); mix 150g flour with water and oil.
  • 200g dried anchovies
  • 100g chicken meat, diced
  • 100g minced pork
  • 100g vegetables (any leafy vegetable of your choice)
  • 1.5 litres of water
  • 3 chinese mushrooms
  • 3 eggs
  • Shallot crisps
  • chilli (blended)
  • Seasoning:
  • Salt and sugar to taste
  • Dash of pepper
  • 1/2 tsp light soy sauce
  • Garnishing:
  • Shallot crisps
  • ikan bilis

Instructions

  1. Deep-fry anchovies.
  2. Boil water, add ikan bilis.
  3. Remove ikan bilis.
  4. Add chicken and pork plus mushrooms in a sieve, cook for ten minutes.
  5. Add eggs and vegetable and seasoning.
  6. Add in noodle.
  7. Served with a dash of sesame oil and garnishing.
