Sift flour and baking powder into a mixing bowl and add salt. Stir in the sugar. Whisk milk, eggs and melted butter in another bowl. Gradually stir the egg-and-milk mixture into the flour; mix until well combined. Set aside for 10 minutes.
Heat a small non-stick frying pan over medium heat. Lightly brush with melted butter. Pour a ladleful of batter into the pan and swirl it around.
Reduce the heat to low and cook the pancake for 1-2 minutes or until bubbles appear on the surface. Flip over and cook the other side. Transfer onto a clean tea towel and cover to keep warm. Repeat with remaining batter, greasing pan between each pancake.
