Recipe Ingredient

  • 2 dory fish fillet ( can get at the frozen storage )
  • Butter
  • 1/2 clove of garlic( finely chop)
  • milk
  • Slice cheese ( the type eat with bread )
  • lemon ( Optional )
  • some vegetables ( for boil )

Instructions

  1. Marinade the fillet with pinch of salt and pepper leave it a while before pan-fry it with a little bit of butter.
  2. As for the sauce, use different pan put some butter and melt it and then put in the chopped garlic and stir for a while then pour in some milk and cook for around 30 sec . Afterthat one may put the 2 - 5 slice of cheese into it and stir slowly in low heat until thicken. Add in some salt and ground black peppercorn for taste.
  3. Can serve the dish with a fillet and some boil vegetables. Pour some sauce on the fillet.
  4. p/n : Chicken Breast fillet also can be use to replace fish fillet.
  5. Too much milk will make the sauce look watery.
  6. You may add some lemon juice if you like creamy soury sauce.
