Recipe Ingredient

  • 250-300g white fish fillet
  • 1 tbsp light soya sauce
  • A dash of pepper
  • 1/2 tsp ginger juice
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1/2 tsp sesame oil
  • 2-3 hamburger rolls
  • A few slices cucumber
  • Some lettuce leaves
  • 1-2 tbsp mayonnaise

Instructions

  1. Dab dry fish fillet. Marinate in light soya sauce, ginger juice and pepper for 15-20 minutes. Heat oil and sesame oil in a saucepan. Pan-fry fish for 2-3 minutes on each side or until fish is cooked through.
  2. Split and lightly toast the burger rolls.
  3. Place a piece of fish fillet, some cucumber, lettuce and a little mayonnaise on each half of the burger roll. Top with the remaining half of the rolls and serve immediately.
