This recipe is best with
- 156g almond flour
- 255g sugar
- 99g bread flour
- 255g butter, browned
- 184g egg whites
- Place almond flour, sugar and bread flour in a mixing bowl with a paddle attachment to mix.
- Slowly add the egg whites until combined. Slowly add butter and mix. Store chilled and covered.
- Butter the moulds. Pipe the batter into moulds and bake at 175 degrees Celcius for 6 to 8 minutes. Cool and remove.
