Recipe Description

Instead of fried rice, try a rice salad. This moreish rice dish is easy to prepare and great as a main or side.


Recipe Ingredient

  • 1 pc traditional tofu (125g), cut into small cubes
  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 2/3 cup chopped pegaga (centella)
  • 1 can chilli tuna (185g)
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Pan-fry tofu with a little oil until lightly browned on all sides.
  2. Place all the ingredients together into a large mixing bowl. Toss gently to combine.
  3. Serve at room temperature.
