Instead of fried rice, try a rice salad. This moreish rice dish is easy to prepare and great as a main or side.
- 1 pc traditional tofu (125g), cut into small cubes
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 2/3 cup chopped pegaga (centella)
- 1 can chilli tuna (185g)
- Oil for frying
- Pan-fry tofu with a little oil until lightly browned on all sides.
- Place all the ingredients together into a large mixing bowl. Toss gently to combine.
- Serve at room temperature.
