Recipe Ingredient

  • 50 ml coconut milk
  • 500 ml soy milk
  • 1 ripe banana, peeled and sliced
  • 500 ml pineapple juice, unsweetened
  • 4 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla flavour (or to taste)

Instructions

  1. Combine the coconut milk, soymilk and banana. Blend until smooth.
  2. Then add the pineapple juice, sugar and vanilla flavour. Blend again until the sugar is dissolved.
  3. Serve the pina colada smoothie immediately with some ice.
