Recipe Ingredient

  • A:
  • 6 potatoes
  • B:
  • 1 onion
  • 1 tsp ginger garlic (pound)
  • ¼ tsp mustard
  • ¼ tsp cummin seed
  • 1pinch asafoetida(peringgayam) powder
  • curry leaves
  • 5 tsp oil
  • C:
  • 1 pinch tumeric powder
  • 1 tsp red chilli powder
  • 1 tsp corriender powder
  • ½ tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Boil potatoes and cut into cubes.
  2. Heat oil and add ingreadients(B) into the oil.
  3. Then add the potatoes and ingredients (C) together. Mix well till potatoes are cooked. Add water if needed.
