Recipe Ingredient

  • 600 g tapioca flour
  • 900 g prawns(Blend)
  • 2 tsp pepper
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 1 cup water

Instructions

  1. Knead dough till it does nto stick to hand. Roll dough into 10 " sauges and steam to cook for an hour.
  2. Cool and refrigerate till next day. Dice them and sun dry them.
  3. Fry.
