Recipe Ingredient

  • 150g water chestnuts
  • 50g gingko nuts
  • 20 red dates
  • 50g dried white fungus
  • 100g lotus seeds
  • 2 tbsp dried longans
  • 300g rock sugar
  • 3 litres water


  1. Skin water chestnuts and cut into cubes.
  2. Shell gingko nuts and cut each nut into half. Pit red dates.
  3. Soak dried white fungus for 30 minutes.
  4. Place all ingredients in a pressure cooker and cook for 10 minutes.
  5. Normal cooking would take two hours.
