- 150g water chestnuts
- 50g gingko nuts
- 20 red dates
- 50g dried white fungus
- 100g lotus seeds
- 2 tbsp dried longans
- 300g rock sugar
- 3 litres water
- Skin water chestnuts and cut into cubes.
- Shell gingko nuts and cut each nut into half. Pit red dates.
- Soak dried white fungus for 30 minutes.
- Place all ingredients in a pressure cooker and cook for 10 minutes.
- Normal cooking would take two hours.
