Recipe Ingredient

  • 4 pork chop slices
  • salt
  • pepper
  • cornflour

Instructions

  1. Marinate pork chops with salt and pepper for 10 mins or more
  2. Coat with cornflour and fry over 1/4 cup of oil in pan 2 at a time till done, about 6-7 mins. serve with rice.
  3. Serve with sliced cabbage, cut tomatoes, sliced cucumber mix and tossed with dressing sauce to your liking. the pork chops are meant to be a little bit more salty so you can eat with rice without a bsauce.
