Rainbow Salad

Oriental-style salads are refreshing as starters or sides. This recipe was first published in Amy Beh’s column, Cook’s Nook.

Topping (combined)
  1. Combine all the dressing ingredients in a small bowl. Stir to mix well.
  2. Arrange all the shredded salad ingredients on a serving plate.
  3. Drizzle over with the dressing and sprinkle with the topping mix.
  4. Just before serving, toss the salad well.
