- 3 cups cooked rice
- 1 egg
- 2 tbsp plain flour
- 1/2 tsp salt
- Lightly grease the sides and base of tart moulds.
- Mix egg and flour in a mixing bowl. Add rice and salt. Stir until well combined.
- Using wet hands press the rice mixture evenly over the base and sides of the individual tart cases. Arrange them on a baking tray. Bake in preheated oven at 180°C for 10-15 minutes or until golden and firm to the touch. Carefully remove the rice cases from the tart moulds while still warm and leave aside to cool completely.
