Recipe Ingredient

  • 2 pcs whole chicken tigh with drimsticks on
  • 3 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 1/2 tsp light soya sauce
  • 1 tsp dark soya sauce (for colour)
  • 2 tbsp dried oregano
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp pepper

Instructions

  1. Seasoned chicken with all the ingredients for at least 30minutes.
  2. Pre-heat oven to 220 degree celcius.
  3. Bake chicken covered with aluminium foil for 20 to 30 minutes.
  4. Then remove foil and bake uncovered for another 10 minutes on both sides
  5. Serve with mashed potatoes and steam vegetables like carrot & broccoli
