- Potatoes - 2 biji
- Chopped parsley
- Chicken Stock
- Roast Pumpkin and pototoes (with skin) for 30 min (cover with aluminium foil) + 20 min (w/o Al foil).
- Remove skin and mashed.
- Add into chicken stock and stir.
- Add in chopped parsley right before turn off the fire.
- Salt and pepper to taste.
