In a saucepan, combine sugar and honey and boil for 2 to 3 minutes. Remove from heat and add in margarine, cream and chocolate.
Stir well and return to heat. Simmer for 15 to 20 minutes, stirring constantly. Line a rectangular tray with oiled baking paper. Pour the mixture into the tray, cover with clingwrap and refrigerate till solid.
Turn the tray out onto a chopping board, cut into cubes and wrap in cellophane paper.
