For crabs
  1. Season flour with salt and shichimi togarashi.
  2. Dredge crab.
  3. Fry in oil at 170 Celcius until golden brown.
For the sambal
  1. Blend chilli, onions, garlic and ginger with some water.
  2. Sauté until very fragrant till the paste becomes dry, but not burnt.
  3. Then, add in the crabs and coat it with the sambal mix.
  4. Serve hot with naan.
