Recipe Ingredient

  • 1 large ripe mango
  • 3 cilipadi, finely chopped
  • 1 tsp finely chopped coriander
  • 1 tsp coarsely ground black pepper
  • 1 tbsp honey


  1. Peel mango, remove seed and cut flesh into cubes. Combine mango with the rest of the ingredients in a bowl. Add honey and toss well to combine. Cover and refrigerate until required.
  2. Mango salsa goes very well with seafood.
