Recipe Ingredient

  • 1½ tsp oyster sauce
  • 1½ tsp sugar
  • 1½ tbsp light soy sauce
  • 1/2 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp Maggi concentrated chicken stock
  • 200ml water


  1. Combine all ingredients in a saucepan. Bring to a very low boil, then simmer for 1-2 minutes.
  2. Arrange your rice sheet rolls on a platter and pour this hot sauce over.
  3. Garnish or top with a sprinkling of shallot crisps and add some chilli sauce before serving.
