Recipe Ingredient

  • 150g Chinese black mushrooms
  • 150g button mushrooms
  • 150g straw mushrooms
  • Vegetables:
  • 250g cauliflower
  • 250g broccoli
  • 250g broco flowers
  • 100g carrot
  • 100g baby corn
  • 100g red pepper
  • Seasoning (A):
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tbsp light soya sauce
  • 1/2 tsp sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • a dash sesame oil
  • a dash white pepper powder
  • a bit of cornstarch
  • 2 tbsp water
  • 3 tbsp oil
  • Seasoning (B):
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp sugar
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1/2 white pepper
  • 1 tsp chicken stock granules

Instructions

  1. Soak the black mushrooms until soft. Wash and cut ingredients (A).
  2. Heat oil in a wok and fry the mix vegetables and mushrooms and add seasoning (B). Arrange on a plate.
  3. Cook seasoning (A) and pour over the vegetables.
