  • For Energizing Orange Banana Smoothie
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 orange, peeled
  • 150g plain Greek yogurt
  • 150ml brown sugar soya milk
  • Some ice cubes
  • For Hydrating Mixed Berry Smoothie
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 cup frozen mixed berries
  • 150g plain greek yogurt
  • 150ml brown sugar soya milk
  • Some ice cubes
  • For Healthy Green Smoothie
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 cup Greens (Spinach, Mango, Kiwi and Kale)
  • 150g plain Greek yogurt
  • 150ml brown sugar soya milk

Instructions

    For all 3 smoothie recipes
  1. Put all the ingredients into a blender and blend until completely smooth. Divide mixture evenly between 2 glasses.
