- 1 cup chocolate, cut into a small pieces
- 2 cups milk
- 1/2 cup whipping cream
- 1 tbsp gelatine
- 2 tbsp water
- 1 egg yolk
- Sprinkle gelatine over the water and let it absorb for a minute, keep aside.
- Boil milk and cream. Pour over egg yolk. Stir to mix well.
- Add in gelatine. Stir till it melts.
- Then add chocolate, stir slowly. Pour into a cup.
- Chill till it sets.
