Recipe Ingredient

  • 1 cup chocolate, cut into a small pieces
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1/2 cup whipping cream
  • 1 tbsp gelatine
  • 2 tbsp water
  • 1 egg yolk

Instructions

  1. Sprinkle gelatine over the water and let it absorb for a minute, keep aside.
  2. Boil milk and cream. Pour over egg yolk. Stir to mix well.
  3. Add in gelatine. Stir till it melts.
  4. Then add chocolate, stir slowly. Pour into a cup.
  5. Chill till it sets.
