Recipe Ingredient

  • 20g minced chicken or pork
  • 1 box silken tofu, approximately 300g
  • Seasoning (A)
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ sugar
  • 1 tsp light soy sauce
  • 1/8 tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp cornflour
  • 1 tsp chopped ginger
  • 1 tbsp chopped red chilli
  • 1 tbsp shallot oil
  • Seasoning (B)
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • Garnishing
  • Some chopped spring onion

Instructions

  1. Marinate minced meat with seasoning (A) and leave aside.
  2. Carefully loosen tofu from the box with a palette knife, then turn it onto a heatproof dish. Combine seasoning (B) and rub on the tofu.
  3. Spread the marinated meat on the tofu and steam over rapid boiling water for about 10 minutes. Garnish with some chopped spring onion and serve hot.
