Recipe Ingredient

  • 35ml gin Bombay Sapphire
  • 15ml Bénédictine
  • 15ml cherry brandy
  • Top up with club soda
  • Glassware: Sling glass or highball


  1. Pour the gin, Bénédictine and cherry brandy into the glass.
  2. Fill with ice cubes, top up with club soda. Garnish with a lime wedge on the rim.
  3. Squeeze and drop the lime wedge in the glass, stir and enjoy!
  4. Garnishing: Lime wedge (cherry optional)
