Recipe Ingredient

  • 100g cooked glutinous flour (koe fun)
  • 150g icing sugar
  • 125ml cold water
  • 2 tbsp shortening
  • A few drops essence of your preference


  1. Sift icing sugar and cooked glutinous flour into a mixing bowl. Add cold water and essence, and mix in shortening. Mix and combine into a soft dough. Leave aside to rest for 30 minutes. Then roll into a long roll and cut into equal pieces of 20g per piece. Flatten it slightly and use to wrap filling.
