- 8g Angel Brand Plum Sauce
- 8g dried lemon zest (julienned)
- 120g konnyaku powder
- 500ml water
- Boil 500ml of water, add in dried lemon zest and Konnyaku powder, stir until completely dissolved.
- Add in Angel Brand Plum Sauce, keep stirring.
- Pour the liquid mixture into moulds. Keep refrigerating for 2 hours or until softly set.
- Remove jelly from the mould and serve chilled.
